  • Why should I let VLCM fix my hardware rather than sending it to the manufacturer ?

    VLCM’s convenient technical service department saves you time and money. A highly skilled VLCM technician can receive an expedited part and repair your hardware in a fraction of the time it would take elsewhere. Manufacturers receive very high volumes of repair product, taking them weeks to complete your repair.At VLCM, we fix, clean, and return your hardware in an average of three days. VLCM can communicate your repair status daily through email. VLCM is always convenient and responsive. Please be aware that we can only service commercial-grade machines, we are not authorized to service consumer purchased models. 

  • What commercial brands does VLCM service? 

    VLCM is both factory authorized and warranty authorized to service commercial-grade HP, Canon, Xerox, Epson, Lenovo, and Toshiba. We are not authorized to service consumer based models. 

  • What are VLCM's service hours?

    VLCM’s service hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 - 5:00

  • Does VLCM do pickups?

    VLCM does not offer pickups. The hardware must be brought to our service center and picked up after repair. Under some circumstances, we can send shipping labels to repair at our main service center. Contact us for details: service@vlcmtech.com

  • Does VLCM do house calls?

    VLCM does not offer house calls for any services. We are unable to visit residences, but will visit your commercial business site after setting a time with our service department.

  • Where does VLCM have service-center locations?

  • How do I know if I have a virus?

    Some signs your computer is infected include slower performance, programs unable to launch, or unsolicited ads and pop-ups. Bring your desktop or laptop to VLCM for a full inspection.

  • What are the details regarding your virus removal service?

    VLCM provides virus removal service, with an average 1-2 day turnaround time. It is important to get viruses removed quickly once your device is infected. However, virus removal can be complex in what caused the virus and how it can affect your data. Always back up your data (see VLCM back-up products) and get your device to our service department as soon as you can. VLCM service technicians work hard to diagnose the problem and communicate the repair process to keep customers informed. Since all situations are different, please contact us for your estimate.

  • What should I know about your data backup recovery services?

    Data backup recovery can vary depending on the nature of failure and the device. Some devices may have physical damage issues, while others may be dealing with corrupt files- either way, VLCM can analyze your situation and provide a solution that's right for you.
